Explanation of the operation

An in-depth consultation must first determine the type of transaction to be carried out. If the need is for a quick return on investment, you can consider real estate flipping operations, i.e. the acquisition of real estate to be renovated and resold within an average of 12 months.
This approach allows you to maximise your investment by focusing on speed and market opportunities, as you will be looking at properties that are redeemable at 40% – 60% of their value and that, once renovated, will bring a profit on the transaction of up to 20% of the capital invested.
If, on the other hand, the intention is to generate a constant income over time, the Buy to rent formula is certainly the most recommended. You can consider acquiring properties from banks or private individuals, renovating them and setting them up to generate income, or directly taking over properties owned by Remida properties, already renovated and rented out, for an immediate and constant income over time.

Establishing an LLC

In other words, in order to be able to acquire a property, it is advisable for the investor to create a company (an LLC, Limited Liability Company, in the USA), for two reasons.

Secondly, LLCs provide tax relief that individuals do not enjoy, especially if they are foreign investors operating on US soil.
